This is the beta release of 3.0.4 for customer evaluation. It is not recommended for production links at this time, but does include many new features. Read the included release notes prior to installation for a list of known issues.
If you apply this firmware, the lowest downgrade that is supported is to version 2.0.11(TZ)8. Units MUST be defaulted after a downgrade.

Tranzeo Provides First Quarter 2011 Results
PITT MEADOWS, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 16, 2011) - Tranzeo Wireless Technologies, Inc. (TSX:TZT), a leading producer of high-speed wireless broadband communication systems, today announced its financial results for the first quarter 2011.
Financial Results:

Revenue was $2.4 million compared with $3.4 million year over year.

Gross profit was $0.8 million compared with $0.9 million with % margins improving to 35% compared to 26% a year ago.

EBITDA (excluding stock based compensation) was a loss of $1.1 million for 2011, compared to a loss of $0.8 million for 2010. The increase in the loss was primarily due to the combining of operations of Aperto and Tranzeo.

Total orders for the quarter were $5M.
Q1 revenue was lower than expected primarily due to the longer sales cycle and qualification requirements associated with our international telecommunications customers. The total orders for the quarter were $5M with most of this beginning to ship at the end of Q1 and continuing into Q2.
Tranzeo has completed extensive qualifications with two tier 1 nationwide service providers in India and in Q2 we are now shipping in volume.
Tranzeo and Aperto are seeing strong sales in Spain for Q2 as a result of expansion of existing broadband services.
Management believes that we will be EBITDA positive in Q2.

Tranzeo Appoints Gordon Becker to Board of Directors
PITT MEADOWS, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 13, 2011) - Tranzeo Wireless Technologies, Inc. (TSX:TZT), a leading producer of high-speed wireless broadband communication systems, is pleased to announce that Gordon Becker has agreed to join the Board of Directors. Mr. Becker has 41 years of experience in mining, construction, petro-chemical, manufacturing and hi-tech industries.
Mr. Becker served as President of WebTech International Inc, a leading provider of vehicle fleet location-based services and telematics technology, from 2004 to 2006. He was involved in the start up of the company in 2000 and also held positions as Chief Operating Officer, Secretary and Director. Mr. Becker served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Modern Logic Inc. from 1991 to 2000. Modern Logic designed, manufactured and sold programmable controllers for the access control market throughout North America. He worked for Mobile Data International / Motorola as Director, Business Operations, Business Manager Sales, and Support Group Manager from 1986 to 1991. He worked for Cominco Ltd. in a variety of engineering capacities, as Project Manager for the Alberta Nitrogen Project and Consultant in Technical Sales worldwide from 1974 to 1986.
Mr. Becker's has extensive business and manufacturing experience in Asia. He has provided independent consulting services through his business Becker & Associates for 20 years. Mr. Becker graduated from UBC in 1970 with B.Ap.Sc. Mechanical Engineering and also completed a Heavy Duty Mechanic Apprenticeship program in 1973.
